(Nashville, TN) The Tennessee Higher Education Commission unanimously voted to elect Cato Johnson as it’s new chairman of the commission.
Johnson served as vice chairman for the commission last year.
The Memphis-native has also worked on the University of Memphis Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Shelby County Mayor Mark Luttrell’s advisory council and as chairman for Memphis Mayor AC Wharton’s transition team.
