Memphis Child Advocacy Center remembered four children stabbed to death

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The deaths of four children allegedly stabbed by their mother last week has community leaders speaking out about child abuse.

Community elders were at The Memphis Child Advocacy Center where for the first time four children’s memorial flags were raised at the same time.

About 100 people watched as the flags were hoisted up into the sky.

Shelby County Deputies said the mother admitted to stabbing them.

A week later, people are still trying to figure out why someone would kill a 4, 3, 2 and 6-month-old.

To report child abuse, call the Tennessee Child Abuse Hotline at 877-237-0004.
