(Memphis) Police have identified the suspect who was shot and killed by police officers after a robbery at a Frayser fast food restaurant.
Police say 32-year-old Charles Livingston and two other suspects robbed the McDonald’s on Frayser Blvd. Thursday afternoon.
Police say Livingston pointed a gun at officers during a short chase behind the restaurant.
Police fired their weapons, killing Livingston.
The second suspect ran into the woods and has not been found. Police believe a third robber left the scene in a getaway car.
Police are looking for the two men along with the female driver of the brown Ford Taurus.
The two officers involved in the shooting are on paid leave while the department investigates. Their names may be released next week.
