MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis Police Department officer has been relieved of duty pending an investigation after he was arrested on a domestic assault charge.
Quintsontro Irby was arrested Tuesday and charged with domestic assault-bodily harm, MPD said. He is the subject of an ongoing internal investigation.
Irby began with the city in January of 2000.
