(Memphis) A fire at Memphis Towers Tuesday night was set intentionally, according to the Memphis Fire Department.
A warrant for aggravated arson has been issued for 55-year-old Lenel Peoples.
About 200 people were evacuated from the building, and seven families received assistance from the Red Cross.
Total damage was estimated at $50,000 each for building and contents.
No one was injured.
