(Memphis) An arrest has been made in a Memphis murder case from 13 years ago.

Jacqueline Parson-McFarlin, 43, was indicted on a second-degree murder charge.

Police said Parson-McFarlin shot and killed her boyfriend Harvey Glenn in November 2000 during an argument at a home on Nantucket in southwest Memphis.

According to investigators, Parson-McFarlin flew to New York hours after it happened and told relatives there that she had shot him.

According to a news release, “Parson-McFarlin apparently never returned to Memphis. She was arrested on a murder warrant on Nov. 22 at her home in Conway, Ark.”

Parson-McFarlin is being held in the Shelby County Jail East on $200,000 bond.
