MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Grizzlies star Mike Conley was among the 30 finalist named for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Men’s Basketball Team.
The final 12-man roster will be released by the end of the year.
This isn’t the first time Conley has been named as a finalist for the team.
He was a finalist for the 2014- 2015 team pool and participated in mini-camps back in 2013 and 2015.
This time, Conley is averaging 15.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 5.8 assists in 32 minutes in 36 games.
All of those games were starts.
