MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Millington man who was found guilty in September of trafficking underage teens for sex has received a prison sentence of 25 years with no possibility of parole, the Department of Justice announced Thursday.
The court found Michael Lilley, 51, trafficked four minors between May to September 2013. He used his home, backhouse, van, and local restaurants and homes to sell them for sex.
The victims were 15-, 16- and 17-year-old students. Some attended high schools in the Millington area.
Lilley was convicted of four counts of sex trafficking of a minor, one count of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, three counts of sexually exploiting a minor, one count of attempting to sexually exploit a minor, three counts of distributing visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct and one count of possessing at least one digital storage device containing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Lilley will also have to serve 20 years of supervised release following his prison term.
