The two suspects for the kidnapping of Broden Bilbo are in custody, ending the Amber Alert issued Wednesday morning.

Crystal Elizabeth Simpson, the boy’s mother, and Blakeley Danielle Cain turned themselves in to Lamar County Sheriff Danny Rigel after he received a tip about their location and met them in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Bilbo, who is eight years old, was unharmed.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation issued the alert at about 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Bilbo had last been seen Sunday at about 1:30 p.m. at an Exxon station in Magnolia, Mississippi.

Simpson and Cain have not yet been charged with kidnapping.

They are being held at the Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop J office in Hattiesburg.
