A Mississippi woman charged with killing her adopted 2-year-old daughter was added to the U.S. Marshal Service`s 15 Most Wanted list.
A $25,000 reward is being offered for information on the whereabouts of Janet Barreto.
She and her husband, Ramon, were arrested in May 2008 in connection to the death of their adopted 2-year-old daughter.
The two posted bond in December 2008, then fled.
Investigators say the couple abused and neglected several of their adopted children, which were purchased from an adoption agency in Guatemala.
The children allegedly were malnourished, slept on plywood-bottomed beds and were beaten as punishment.
Authorities also found a puppy mill on their property with more than 130 animals.
Ramon is also wanted by authorities.
