(Memphis) There’s good news for those struggling with their utility bills when staying warm.
MLGW’s holiday bill break started Friday, December 14.
The utility will not cut off anyone’s utilities between now and January 14 for an unpaid balance, as long as it’s less than $400.
MLGW also has a cold weather moratorium when the wind chill drops below freezing for 24 hours, during which no one’s utilities will be cut off.
