MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Saturday is National Hunting and Fishing Day, and the Our Fallen Heroes Foundation made it a very special day for the son of one of their fallen comrades.

Officers taught James Warren how to fish and shared stories with him about his father, Timothy Warren, who was killed four years ago in the line of duty.

James did pretty well on his first fishing trip, catching two fish with a little help and one on his own.

James wasn’t the only Warren sibling to bond with dad’s former colleagues. Officers took Warren’s daughter to her father-daughter dance earlier this month.
