MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police Department responded to a shots fired called Wednesday evening at the corner of Pendleton and Semmes.

When they arrived, they noticed that the front storm door had been shot at.

Thankfully no one was injured at the home.

While investigating the scene, police received another shots fired call, but this time someone had been reportedly hit.

They told police they had heard up to five shots fired.

Once they arrived, a man approached officers asking for help.

He told them he had been in his front yard working on his lawn when he felt a sharp pain in his head and heard the shots.

He was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.

An additional victim was taken to Regional One Hospital less than an hour later.

That person told police he was driving southbound on Pendleton when suspects on bikes opened fire, shattering the back window of his car and hitting the victim.

At last check, he was listed in critical condition.
