MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are investigating a deadly shooting at a convenience store in the University area on Sunday.
According to Memphis Police, officers responded to a shooting in the 3000 block Walker Ave at the Scooties One Stop. One man was shot and transported in critical condition to Regional One Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
MPD said one person has been detained.
This is an ongoing investigation.
