MARSHALL COUNTY, Miss. — Several law enforcement agencies, including the Memphis Police, are still looking for 37-year-old Josef Schnabl.

Deputies in Marshall County said Schnabl is wanted for stealing a truck, a gun and ammo from his sister Saturday night.

Family members told WREG he was recently released from prison on parole.

He even has a violent past.

They said he may be in the Memphis area searching for his son and the boy’s mother.

“He’s out to do no good,” said his sister-in-law Jeanna Lackey. “There is no stopping him at this point. Other than getting the police involved and taking him back where he belongs.”

Deputies said Schnabl was last seen in a 2014 Chevrolet extended cab pickup with Mississippi tags T702D.

If you have any information on where he may be call police immediately.

Police told WREG if you do see him, do not approach him.

He is considered armed and dangerous.
