MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police have released an image of a suspect accused of shooting two people at Ridgecrest Apartments.
On Mar. 30, at approximately 4:00 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at 2610 Woodcliff Drive.
Officers found a 23-year-old man in the breezeway who had been shot.
A second victim, a six-year-old boy, was found in the 2800 block of Shady Vista. He’d also been shot.
Both victims were taken to the hospital. They were treated and were eventually released.
Video in the Ridgecrest Apartments showed the adult victim speaking before the shooting.
The suspect fled the scene on foot after the shooting.
Police described the suspect as a 40-45-year-old man who’s approximately 6’1″ and 200-pounds.
At this time, no arrests have been made.
Police said that this is still an ongoing investigation.
