MEMPHIS, Tenn. —  In a lengthy post on Wednesday, the President of the Memphis Police Association revealed what charges Officer Connor Schilling will be facing in the Darrius Stewart case.

According to a post made by Mike Williams, Schilling has been accused of violating department policy on handcuffing and radio procedures.

Police Director Toney Armstrong said Schilling will have an administrative hearing next week.

A Grand Jury decided not to indict Schilling on criminal charges in the Stewart’s death back in July.
