MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — A Rutherford County man was arrested and charged with solicitation of a minor after he posted an ad on a social media site asking for underage girls to have sex with him.
On August 14, an agent with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation responded to the ad posted by 27-year-old Brandon Sopko.
During the investigation, the two arranged to meet Thursday in a parking lot to have sex.
Sopko was arrested when he arrived at the meeting location.
He was booked into the Rutherford County Jail on a $7,000 bond.
