Mayor A C Wharton, Jr. this week accepted a friendly wager from Mayor Julian Castro of San Antonio, Texas on the Memphis Grizzlies/San Antonio Spurs Western Conference Finals.
The losing Mayor must send BAR-B-Q from one of their city’s best BAR-B-Q restaurants to the winning Mayor.
