(Memphis) Just in time for the busy summer travel season, a new air carrier will be flying out of Memphis.
It’s called Southern Airways Express.
The air carrier’s initial routes will include eight cities across the South, and five of the destinations will be served non-stop from the Memphis area.
The air carrier will not name specific routes until later this month, but we can confirm they will be flying to the Gulf Coast.
Southern Airways Express will begin flying out of Memphis May 21st.
They say their fares will be lower than the current fares out of Memphis.
