(Olive Branch, MS) There are new details in that cattle truck crash in Olive Branch that left more than 50 cows dead and many more hurt.
Desoto County Sheriff Bill Rasco says the driver fell asleep Friday morning before crashing the truck into a bridge on Highway 78 over the Coldwater River.
The 18-wheel double-decker truck went out of control and tied up traffic for hours.
The driver wasn’t seriously hurt.
