MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A person is dead following a wreck in Whitehaven early Saturday morning.
MPD responded to a one-vehicle crash on the 1400 block of East Shelby Drive shortly before 5:30 a.m.
They said preliminary information shows that a vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree. The driver was pronounced dead on the scene.
MPD is now actively investigating.
