INFORMATION: The Office of Community Affairs works to engage all members of the Memphis community by serving as City government’s liaison to key constituent groups including neighborhood associations, multicultural and immigrant populations, faith-based, civic and human service organizations

Dr. Boyce is a native Memphian. He graduated from Bolton High School in 2006. Upon graduating High School, he matriculated through Lane College (HBCU) in Jackson, TN, where he studied Mass Communication with a concertation in Broadcasting. Additionally, he received a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Memphis Theological Seminary.
He is the Senior Pastor at Riverside Missionary Baptist Church in Memphis, TN.
