MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The man police say was responsible for a deadly crash in South Memphis on Tuesday was arrested and charged.
Tony Williams was charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving and no driver’s license, police said.
According to authorities, Williams was driving in the area of Latham and Essex when he lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and hit both a utility pole and tree.
The impact of the crash threw 25-year-old Zaccheus Graves from the vehicle. He died from his injuries on the scene.
