A single father lost his source of support and his coworkers look for ways to fill the gap in this week’s Pass It On.
“We’d like to pass it on to Arthur Jeffries,” said Kelley Bynum with SKB Facilities and Maintenance. “He’s one of our floor techs, an excellent employee. He’s been going through really a hard time.
Jeffries has custody of his 12-year-old son after his son’s mother passed away several years ago, and his mother was a big part of the caretaking process with him. Unfortunately, his mother passed away as well, recently.
We passed on a total of $1,000 to Jeffires.
“We’ve always been a family,” Jeffries said. “I’m glad they there to support me through whatever. They got my back and I got their back, too.”
