(Orlando, FL) The Walt Disney company may increase starting pay from $8.03 an hour to $10.00 an hour at its Florida theme parks.
The company made the offer to unions representing more than 30,000 Disney World employees.
It comes as lawmakers in Washington, D.C. debate raising the federal minimum wage to $10.10.
