MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman was killed after being struck in the 2000 block of Brooks Monday night, Memphis Police said.
Police identified the woman as 30-year-old Keishana Livingston. She was reportedly trying to cross the street outside of the crosswalk when she was hit.
The driver stayed on the scene but was issued a citation for not having insurance and violation of state registration.
