(Memphis) – A United Express flight leaving from Memphis International Airport to Houston was forced to return to Memphis shortly after takeoff because the crew believed the plane may have blown two tires.

The plane landed safely back at Memphis International Airport.

All 44 passengers and the crew of three aboard Flight 4610 are all uninjured.

United Airlines officials told News Channel 3 the flight is run by ExpressJet.

Some passengers from the flight are being booked into hotels, awaiting a flight tomorrow, while others are getting on other flights.

The rest are local and are staying here in Memphis.
