MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are investigating after a body was found in the Medical District Friday evening.
Officers found an unresponsive man at Poplar & Leath sometime before 5 p.m.
Police say they did not see any immediate signs of foul play. Police also say this is an ongoing death investigation.
