MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police responded to the 1500 block of Oakwood Street in North Memphis Wednesday afternoon.
According to reports, the person who called it in told police the victim was walking down the street when he was shot.
The man was taken to Regional Medical Center in non-critical condition.
