MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police were called to a local gas station following a shooting around 4 a.m. Friday.
According to police, a man was at the car wash in the 2000 block of Chelsea when a man approached him and demanded his money. The victim refused and was reportedly shot multiple times.
He was able to make his way to a Valero gas station in the 2400 block of Chelsea where he called for help. He was then rushed to the Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
The suspect was not located.
