MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are investigating a domestic violence stabbing that happened Thursday afternoon.
According to investigators, the victim was stabbed by a woman in the 1300 block of Dellwood just outside the Monastery of St. Claire.
A witness told WREG she then fired a shot at the victim, but missed.
He then walked to the fire station down the street where he received medical attention.
He is said to be in non-critical condition.
The woman was later taken into police custody, but so far no charges have been filed.
The monastery is currently empty.
