MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis police are investigating after a shots fired call in the area of Highland and Poplar.
MPD says someone fired shots into the parking lot of the Exxon gas station on Poplar around 6 p.m. and someone may have been grazed by a bullet.
A man, who was in the area, says he heard six or seven gun shots.
“There were like four or five police cars rolling in and some girl standing outside the black car… holding her arm,” he said. “I don’t know what happened but I definitely heard the gunshots.”
