MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Police say one of three men who held up a CVS Store last month made the mistake of leaving behind a demand note with his fingerprints all over it.

Davante Turner was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery in a holdup June 18 at the CVS Store and Pharmacy in the 700 block of North Germantown Parkway.

Investigators said Turner and two others were wearing masks and carrying guns when they entered the 24-hour store at around 11:30 p.m.

They said they emptied two registers and held the pharmacist up at gunpoint and gave her a piece of paper with a list of drugs they wanted.

The list included Amphetamine, Fentanyl, Hydromorphone, Methadone, Methamphetamine. Methylphenidate, Oxycodone and Suboxone.

The pharmacists gave the robbers what they wanted, but they left behind that demand note.

Police said fingerprints on the piece of paper matched Turner.

He is being held on $150,000 bond.
