MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police Department has just released surveillance footage of a convenience store burglary that happened May 29. Police said two people broke into Park Gas Express in the 2700 block of Park Avenue. The pair kicked in the front door and stole tobacco products and cash, police said. The surveillance video shows part of what happened, as well as a look at one of the suspects. This suspect is shown putting many tobacco products and cash into a black bag. He later fled the scene on foot, police said. In the video, the suspect is wearing eye glasses, light-colored clothing and a baseball cap. He also has three large tattoos on his right arm and several tattoos on his left arm. Anyone who can identify this suspect should call CrimeStoppers at 528-CASH.
