MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police were called to the area of Blue Road and Hollywood Street after receiving a call about an armed party at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The witness told officers a man pointed a gun at her son.
After arriving on the scene, the suspect was spotted and chased to a wooded area near Oakwood Street and Heard Avenue.
K-9 units and a helicopter were also called to the scene to assist in the search.
No suspect information has been released at this time.
