(Memphis) Memphis police and swat team members are gathered outside a Whitehaven home.
A man is inside the home, refusing to come out.
According to friends, the man is a paranoid schizophrenic who is not taking his medication.
A friend also tells News Channel 3 there is a child inside the home with the man.
Police are now trying to get the man to come out peacefully.
