(Memphis) A Memphis man is facing charges for throwing a pot of boiling water on his estranged wife.
Mark Hunt is charged with Aggravated Assault.
According to police, this all started with an argument at a home on Madison Ave.
At the end of the fight, the woman walked away.
Police say Hunt grabbed a pot of boiling eggs from the stove and threw it at his wife.
It caused blisters on her back.
One of the eggs even went down her gown and burned her skin.
Hunt is being held on $40,000 bond. He is expected to face a judge on Monday.
