(Memphis) –  People enjoy dreaming about the things they would buy if they hit Powerball’s $320 million jackpot.

“I would pay-off bills and take a vacation,” said one woman who bought six tickets.

Though the Powerball jackpot is only half of the Mega Millions we saw back in March, $320 million is still the fourth largest Powerball jackpot in history.

To put the jackpot into perspective, a 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera, valued at $111,000 could be purchased 900 times.

Jackpots like that are bringing people into places like Donnie’s Corner Market and Deli, buying more than just power ball tickets.

”Every time someone comes in to buy a lottery ticket they end up buying chips or a drink, we also sell lunch and stuff so they come in and buy lunch,” said Woojung Choi.

Though chances of hitting the jackpot are one in 175 million, people know some of the money at least goes to offering Hope scholarships to college students, but let’s be honest, people wouldn’t play if they didn’t believe they had some chance to win.
