MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The City of Memphis Public Works Division announced it has arrested a man accused dumping trash on the side of the road thanks to tips from the public.
The division told WREG they received numerous tips from the public.
Those tips led to the arrest of Samuel Jackson, the driver of a vehicle caught on surveillance video dumping trash on Tillman and Pershing.
As a reminder, anyone wanting to report an illegal dump site or illegally dumped debris can call the City’s 311 Call Center by dialing 311 or 636-6500.
