JACKSON, Miss. — Governor Tate Reeves urged all schools to extend their spring breaks until March 20.

The governor met with the state’s pandemic response team over the weekend and decided the best course of action for now is to keep students out of schools.

They will make decisions about beyond that in the next couple of days.
