Religious Freedom Law heading to governor’s desk

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Legislators in Arkansas have passed the Religious Freedom Law .

On Tuesday, the House voted 67 to 21 to pass the bill.

The Senate approved the bill Friday.

The law allows people to  deny service to others in cases where it goes against their religious beliefs.

However, opponents of the bill say it would be used to discriminate against the LGBT community.

Governor Asa Hutchinson is expected to sign the bill.

The Arkansas vote comes just days after Indiana passed its own version of the law.
