(Memphis) People in the Mid-South are remembering a beloved Church of God in Christ bishop.
Albert Reed, who was 100 years old died Monday.
He’s the longest living bishop in the Church of God in Christ.
He was ordained a bishop in 1948 and led COGIC churches in six states including Tennessee.
Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Holy Trinity COGIC on 5115 Tulane road.
The Homegoing Celebration is Saturday at 1:00 pm at Temple of Deliverance COGIC, located on 369 G. E. Patterson Avenue.
