(Atlanta, GA) Researchers have found new evidence that American waistlines are getting bigger and bigger.
Researchers at the CDC looked at data from more than 32,000 people.
They found the average waist size went up from just over 37 inches to nearly 39 inches over the last 15 years.
In addition to overeating and lack of exercise, doctors say sleep deprivation and certain medications can contribute to the problem.
