NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Ripley gang member who was recently added to the TBI’s Most Wanted list has been captured in Illinois.

According to law enforcement, Joe Montrell Reed, a member of the Gangster Disciples,  was arrested in Decatur, Illinois on Friday after police received a tip he was in the area.

“Four Times” was wanted by the TBI, Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office, and the ATF  for the 2014 robbery of a Ripley gas station.

He was charged with robbery and tampering with evidence in that case.

He was also wanted by several state agencies for a robbery in Lauderdale County back in November 2014.

For those, he was charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated assault.

Reed’s bond has not been set at this time.
