MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Former Grizzlies star Rudy Gay is selling his house in Memphis, the Los Angeles Times reported.
It can be yours for just $1.749 million. Gay originally bought it in 2010 for $1.176 million, per the Times.
The house on 91 West Galloway Drive is 8,300 square feet and sits on over an acre of land. It boasts four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a media room and other luxurious features. See more photos of the exterior and interior here.

Gay, a first-round draft pick out of the University of Connecticut, played for the Grizzlies from 2006 to 2013. He made the All-Rookie First Team in the 2006-07 season and continued to set franchise records. He is now with the Sacramento Kings.
