(Concord, MA) You could be in for a refund if you bought a pair of Vibram FiveFingers running shoes.

The company offered to pay $3.75 million to settle a lawsuit which claimed Vibram overstated the health benefits of the shoes when it advertised they would strengthen muscles and prevent injury.

A court still needs to approve the settlement, but refunds could total anywhere from $20 to $90.
