MEMPHIS, Tenn. — If your children haven’t gotten their required medical checkups yet and you can’t make weekday hours, you’re in luck.

The Shelby County Schools Regional Health Clinic at East High School will be open Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. so students can get immunizations and physical exams.

Appointments are required. Parents can call 531-6321 to schedule a time.

Parents should also bring immunization records and insurance information.

The clinic at East High School is located at 3206 Poplar Avenue.

Clinics are still open by appointment only during their regular 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. hours Monday through Friday to provide minor medical services for SCS students. Other locations are Northside High School at 1212 Vollintine Avenue, Sheffield Center and Technology Center at 4350 Chuck Avenue and Westwood High School at 4480 Westmont Road.
