(Shelby County, TN) A man suspected of killing a woman and kidnapping her daughter inside their home is behind bars.
It all started early Sunday morning when 25-year-old Tyrannay Boyd called 911, telling dispatchers her estranged boyfriend, Brandon Spicer, was trying to break into her home on Barkshire.
When police arrived, Boyd was gone and a mother, 41-year-old Rachel Harrington, was found shot to death inside.
Deputies say Spicer shot the woman before kidnapping Boyd.

Investigators also say Spicer killed Boyd’s two dogs earlier in the day.
Brandon Spicer is charged with First Degree Murder, Aggravated Kidnapping and Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a felony.
