MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The second suspect wanted for the shooting death of 26-year-old Hilvar Lopez on Sunday has been arrested.

According to Memphis Police, 18-year-old Jamal Austin was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.

On Sunday, Officers were called to the Prescott Place Apartments in the 1700 block of Morlye.

When they arrived they found Lopez had already passed from a gunshot wound.

Initial reports indicated Lopez was walking into a home when Austin and Dalvin Smith,21, came up behind him.

They robbed him and then opened fire.

Smith was also charged with first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.
